World Culture Festival Contest Participant Consent and Release Form

I understand that I am participating in the creation of a video that will be entered in World Culture Festival: Youth Festival contest.

I agree to the following:

1. I have read, understood and agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Official Rules to me as a Participant in the Entry.

2. I grant the Entrant, the World Culture Festival, and their affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use my performance, picture, voice, sound material, name, biographical materials and any other materials contributed by me in the Entry for any legal purpose (including the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use Entry and to promote and administer the Contest) in any medium.

3. I waive any right to inspect or approve the Entry or the use to which the Entry or any Material may be put. I agree that I have no right, title, or interest of any kind in the Entry or the Material, and that, as between me, the Entrant and World Culture Festival, the Entrant is the exclusive owner of the Entry and the Material.

4. I agree to release World Culture Festival, its affiliates and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property in connection with submitting an Entry or participating in any aspect of the Contest, or any or other written error in the Official Rules.

5. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any claim originating from my participation in any aspect of the Contest, including any claim that any Materials infringe, violate or misappropriate the intellectual property rights (including publicity/privacy rights) of any third party.

6. I agree that I will not have the right to seek injunctive relief to enjoin or restrain the Entrant’s or World Culture Festival’s use of the Materials in the Entry or otherwise in connection with the Contest.

7. I certify that this Appearance Consent and Release Form constitutes the sole, complete, and exclusive agreement between World Culture Festival and myself and I am not relying on any other oral or written representation and that I have the full right and legal capacity to sign this Consent and Release Form.

If this Consent and Release is signed by a minor, the following must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. I warrant that I am a parent (or legal guardian) of the minor whose signature appears immediately above, and I hereby agree that I and the said minor will be bound by all releases, consents and covenants contained in this Consent and Release.
